One does NOT need an appraisal in Ontario for motorcycles.

I never needed one at the Madoc MTO. 

For some reason they think you need one..Just tell you do NOT!

I have owned a 1969 Norton Commando since 1970. It was last registered (to me) in Alberta in 1983, and has been registered nowhere since. I don't have any paperwork, but of course I have the old style VIN and my last Alberta plate and year decal. Looking at the Alberta government website, I am at a loss on how to proceed. I only want confirmation of ownership, or (as they have in BC) registration that will allow me to start a renovation without risking it got getting registered when I am done.

Any ideas on how to proceed?
