Beaver Valley Rally

    Thank you Geoff and Marianne Doherty for sponsoring a weekend ride through the Beaver Valley country. Well prepared adgenda, and a spectacular camping location overlooking Nottawasaga Bay made life easy. Sausage, hamburgs, potluck meal Friday evening was enjoyed by all.

    Saturday after a ride to breakfast the run was continued with 21 riders escorted on a history tour through the surrounding area. Some of our group even got to see the lighthouse.

     Only one bike was claimed by the P of D. Even this machine and rider were able to return to base camp. Later Saturday evening a night run for our supper location was undertaken by the hardy souls in our group. As the sun went down the temperature followed. Must be fall coming. Sunday included one more breakfast run to Meaford.

    Geoff and Marianne let it be known their appreciation of donations food, cash etc to help make this event the success that it is.

   Once again Geoff and Marianne thank you for the memories.
