Shipping to USA has always been almost as simple as shipping within Canada, but my recent experience with mailing  a small part to the US has given me pause.  First stop, Canada Post, only $28, but I must first download the ZONOS PRE PAY APP to create a declaration ID, and pre  fill out a customs form,  and only then return to the post office clutching my parcel. Not wishing to do all of this, I scuttled to my local UPS store, where they agreed to mail it for $42, but in order to avail myself of this service I had to furnish them with the recipients DATE OF BIRTH. I kid you not. How many of us  know the DOB of those we are selling to?"
