If anybody out there has any Hella bar end blinker lights...new, used or abused, I will buy them.  Even broken ones may serve me for parts.

See photos attached.   The Indonesian copies won't do.  Must be the real Hella brand units.

Hello,  Any parts or complete Hella bar end units, I will gladly take off your hands.   I've got 3 left over,  rough shape units that could probably be saved.  the internal spring and brass terminals are missing though I can probably fabricate those.  But I hope to make up 3 complete sets (6 units) for 50s BMW projects that I am finishing off this spring.  So I'll take whatever you have please.

Hi Barry, Hella stopped making them a few years ago.  It has taken a while for the various suppliers to run out but now they seem to all be sold out.   There are copies that are acceptable but they don't have the molded key on the shaft that fits the notch in the handlebars so I have to drill and tap a small set screw to ensure that they don't twist.  And the terminal is hard wired on to the wire rather than a set screw. 

No big deal and I can get by with the copies but prefer the Hella and hope to find some more second hand ones.  If you have any at all...good shape or bad,  I'll gladly take them off your hands.   Cheers,  Grant
