1931 BMW R2 Series 1

First year of the BMW R2 singles, Series 1, manufactured on March 26, 1931, and delivered to the BMW racer and 76 time land speed record holder, Ernst J. Henne on March 27, 1931. (See attached BMW Group Archives Certificate).

Mechanically sound. All electrics work. Nice patina. Frame and engine numbers match the BMW Archives certificate. Last ridden two seasons ago.

This bike is rare and has an interesting history. I’m open to reasonable offers. Please send me an email if interested. Thank you.
