It is with a heavy heart that the members of the Essex Kent section mourn the sudden passing of one of our own – Jim Lynch.

Jim passed away suddenly on Aug 21. He was one of the sections original members and a past president. He is survived by his wife Tricia, daughter Shawna and son Kevin.

Jim was always up for a ride. We made many a trip down the River Road to visit his friends in Chatham and Wallaceburg. He had trouble passing a Tims on these rides and many a county run always ended at one. He was a regular attendee at the Paris Rally and always enjoyed selling his British parts.

Jim will be missed both as a person and advisor/helper on Norton projects in the section.

He was well known for his stories of back home in Manchester and his work days around the globe. As well as travels with his wife Tricia, Jim was always on the move.

He will be sorely missed by everyone.
