A long-time member of Great Pine Ridge Section, Peter Wilson passed away peacefully February 26 at Mackenzie Health Hospital in Richmond Hill.  Peter was an avid member of GPR section from 1992 until recently.  His collection included such marques as Norton, Scott and BMW.  Another long-time GPR member, John Cooper, had the following memory of Peter and his wife Ann: "They were active and valued members of the GPR section and could be counted upon to participate in most club events throughout the year. They were capable motorcyclists and rode their bikes (mostly old British ones) confidently in traffic around our busy urban area on the outskirts of Toronto. They were generous in hosting our section members at their home from time to time and could be counted on to help organize a project like the Richmond Green rally efficiently and with gusto. Their presence and contributions are much missed.”

Peter was predeceased by his wife Ann (June 2011).  He leaves 2 nieces one of whom, Yvonne Wood, is a current GPR member.  A visitation for Peter was held March 3.
