Everybody knows that MTO's certification rules have tightened as of Jan 1 this year, right?  A friend asked where he might have a 1977 Honda certified, as he had approached his usual places without success.  I spoke with the service guys at Cycle World Superstore and found they will inspect just about anything.   They created a checklist of inspected items (attached) to encourage customers to 'pre-inspect' their machine before bringing it in.  

A caveat:  I know this store doesn't have the best reputation with some customers.  I have dealt with them for 30+ years and never had a problem, however your mileage may vary.....
