Hi.  This is a test post to show the capabilities of the forum gadget.

A member who is logged into their CVMG profile can create a new topic. The posting is created with an authoring tool that works like any word processor.  In addition to prose, the topic can contain images (up to 20 per post), as well as links to other pages on the internet. The photos attached here are samples from the Paris Rally. The topic author can edit their own posts if needed.

Any member can also reply to any previous topic.  This way, the initial post turns into a conversation, with replies/comments attached to the initial post.

Any member can subscribe to an individual posting, or to this forum as a whole.  They can choose how frequently to receive email notifications when a topic is updated.

Each topic has a unique URL, so it can be referenced or shared outside this platform.  For instance, clicking on the following link should bring up this same message:
