Here's a link to a thread from the SOHC Forum where a fellow used a Quick Latch product and he modified it to fit into the old key hole of that lid. He included some basic instructions on how he integrated it into the lid.

As your probably aware the original Honda part isn't a lock per se, as any key will trip the mechanism and open the latch.
