    SALE PENDING

This Classic bike of historic interest will be featured at the red carpet Century Century Display January 3-5 / 2025 at the Motorcycle Supershow International Centre Toronto. Bike is available after that date.

Original owner - 1994 Triumph Trident, currentmileage:126,789km.. One of the limited number of bikes from the Hinkley Factory upon Triumph’s return to North America. You will not find reference to this year in the US. The high mileage should be of no concern as this engine produced between 92 and 94 had a UK dispatch rider put on 250,000 miles (400K km).The UK bike (92 Trident 900) was purchased back by Triumph in 96 for wear studies. The bike requires no additional oil between changes.

Original paint – Diablo Black/Red gold pin stripe hand painted at Hinckley factory, unique swing arm with eccentric chain adjuster, hydraulic brakes and clutch, service plate to internals for sprag clutch, factory high performance cam, chrome exhaust, higher HP 855 triple (96 HP / 60 ft lbs Torque). Later models were de-tuned and these premium features dropped.

Triumph accessories; tank protector, hand guards and hard luggage (made by GIVI for Triumph). Gas tank relined with POR 15 Gas tank sealer formulated to withstand modern gas.

Suspension improvements: outwardly all stock, internal mods: Front forks fitted with Race Tech springs and gold valve emulators in 97. Rear shock rebuild and front forks upgraded by Accelerated Technologies in 2012. This last suspension upgrade lowered the bike about half an inch – center stand and side stand properly shortened as well as pulling the fork tubes up to accommodate the lowering; preserving the ride geometry. Handling much improved over original.

In addition: New spark plugs and rear rack included along with service manual, clutch tool, spare new crankshaft ignition sensor. Original ownership certificate and other Triumph promotional brochures etc. included .

Parked and stored due to issues with first gear shifting in 2017; changed oil, drained gas tank and carb float bowls. Spark plugs removed and oil squirted in each cylinder annually (to prevent seizure). Will require a battery.

Call Jason 905-303-7397 or e-mail; biker_jas@yahoo.ca. (bike is in the GTA). Asking $1,800 as is – pick-up to be arranged by buyer.
