Here are some direct links to additional pages of the rally: Map & Schedule Trillium Reliability Run MILTO(Motorcycles I'd Love To Own) Code of Conduct While we have taken great care to keep things similar please remember this is not Paris and we will no doubt have a few issues and ask everyone to be considerate and patient with all other patrons and volunteers while we settle in and learn together. Day Visitors Please park outside the fairgrounds in the areas outlined below, and be considerate of the residents properties. Day visitors(pedestrians) will enter Gate B on our Map(the middle gates, at the end of Rutherford St, with the stone walls on either side). Admission is $10 cash, open Friday 12-5pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. Please read the site information below for more details and see/save the Map & Schedule. Motorcycle Parking We are setting up a small section by vehicle entrance GATE C for day visitor motorcycle parking which will be available Friday 12pm - 5pm and Saturday 9am-5pm (paved and hard packed gravel). In addition, Saturday only between 9am -5pm there will be paved motorcycle parking behind the Brant County Office building located at 26 Park Ave, Burford, ON. Car Parking Cars are allowed to park on the boulevard along the fence line of the Burford Fairground property. Please park so your car is nose or trunk to the fence to make room for as many cars as possible. Maple Street has paved parking on both sides of the street and is only a short walk to the fairgrounds. Handicap parking is available by the Day visitor Gate B. Proof of handicap parking pass must be displayed on the window or dash. A temporary drop off or pick up parking spot is available by the Day visitor Gate B. This spot can be used to drop off individuals while you park the car. In addition, drop your heavy or cumbersome purchased parts in our temporary parts drop zone that is located by Gate B while you get your car. Arriving to Burford to Camp In efforts to mitigate traffic back up, please enter the Fairgrounds from Eighth Concession Rd, North on Maple Ave S, East on Rutherford St, South on Paris Ave, enter GATE C shown on our grounds map(bottom of email). Watch for signage for directions. If there is a line up outside of the gate, pull over to the shoulder while we work through the lineup as quickly as possible.
Thursday - Fairgrounds entrance gate check point We will open Gate C Thursday at 7pm for vehicles to line up on the track. This opening time allows the committee to complete the grounds set up. See above map. You must be pre-registered to enter the grounds. Line up on the track to allow 2 rows based on where you would like to set up: Left side for Swap Meet, Right side for general campers including RVs, campers, tents, etc. Friday 7am, visit the team in the Wristband Tent (see map) to receive your numbered wristband. You must visit the tent for your wristband. Swap Meet - Approx. 8am, we will begin to lead vehicles into the swap meet area ONLY and assist in lining up spots. We ask that you consider reducing space occupied (while remaining comfortable) so we can work to get everyone in. General Campers – We will work as quickly as possible to have this line released to the general grounds. All vehicles must remain on the track until wristbands are distributed. Washrooms will be available for use along the top side of the track. Gate C will be closed Friday 8am – 9am to process vehicles and clear the track. During this time, we will have members distributing wristbands outside the gates and enter soon after.
Friday Entry - Pre-Registrants Only Friday after 9am, please drive your vehicle through Gate C, where you will find a team to provide your numbered wristband at your window for quick and easy access. All vehicle occupants MUST be pre-registered and receive their wristband prior to entry. If you have ordered any meal tickets, shirts or other items, please visit the Main Hall with your numbered wristband to pick up before Saturday 3pm. Utility Trailer Parking Inside Gate A is designated for trailer parking. Park so the back of the trailer is up against the building. The laneway must remain clear for emergency services; DO NOT BLOCK GATE ACCESS. We suggest applying lock(s) on the hitch and/or doors for your own security. See Map below for location near bottom left. Food Vendors Two food trucks (Alice’s Restaurant & Doc Mac Cheesey)as well as the onsite Legion will be open throughout the weekend. All choices will be open for breakfast and lunch with the option to remain open if services are required. The legion will remain open later for dinner with limited capacity. Important Notes Be careful crossing the track to the infield as there are areas with a berm. Make sure it is flat for your truck and trailer to pass over. If you need an emergency vehicle, please call 911, give them GATE C or Legion Gate to enter. Have someone there to meet them and direct to the required location. Please inform a committee member so we can assist in any way possible. Two ATM machines will be available onsite in the Main Hall and the Indoor Vendor space (Lion’s Building). Burford has a liquor store, gas station, home hardware, grocery store and a select number of restaurants. We recommend searching amenities that you may wish to visit, prior to the event. Our waste collection is maintained by a local group, which appreciates support from our campers. If you have bottles or cans returnable for deposit, we encourage you to leave on the ground beside garbage cans, allowing them to redeem and support their organization. |
