CAVMG Spring Swap Meet

Well everyone, its good news. We will be having our Spring Swap Meet on March 27th, 2022 with set up on the afternoon of March 26th, 2022. Bookings for tables will begin right away. The swap meet will be held in the east AG Centre at the Westerner.

There is a large open area where we plan to have motorcycles on display and for sale.

Tables – pre-paid $45.00, paid on weekend of swap meet $50.00 This will include 2 arm bands, a spot for the sale of a motorcycle and parking

General Admission - $10.00 which includes parking at the Westerner. We will be able to accept payment electronically at the door. -Motorcycle sale - $20.00 per bike

It is necessary for us to follow all Alberta Health and Westerner protocols that are in place the day of the swap meet. There will be a limited number of KN95 masks available at the entryways. At present these are the restrictions that we are dealing with.

All vendors, guests and spectators will be required to be vaccinated twice and have a QR Code with identification to enter or have an AHS 72 hour rapid test with the proper paperwork.

The concession stand may not be open due to the number of people attending -masks must be worn by all vendors and spectators while inside the AG Center.

There will be no exceptions to AHS and Westerner protocols and we must follow their rules.
