    Hello all,

I recently acquired the above bike with a well storied and long stored past and 56.6 original miles   It's a beauty but I'd like to communicate with any members who have one or can help with first start up thoughts, oil/ gas ratios, original seat cleaning, manual sources etc

    Appreciate y'all

    Tony

Well if you check my web site you will find on-line copies of the manuals: service, parts and owner. Check this link.

To buy a hard copy I list a recommendation on the manuals page - e-Classic Bike in New Zealand is the place to go if eBay doesn't what you are looking for, e-Classic manuals are excellent quality reproductions of the originals  and are very affordable.

Make sure to clean up the baffle on yours. I find the non-P models (I had two) both end up losing a ton of top end if the baffles aren't clear based on their design. I think it's from people using a hefty ratio back in the day for "safety".

If your's has the original seat with the faux suede, use a suede cleaner (that's what I did).
