Honda C200, C201, S90 engine question

If I understand correctly, the S90 and C201 use the exact same engine, and should be interchangeable, but.. does anyone know if one of those 90 OHC engines would 'plug and play' on a C200/CA200 that had the pushrod engine? They don't seem to be mounted any differently, so it makes sense in my head.. just thinking for the future, if I'm ever desperate a replacement for my C200 seems harder to find than the longer production OHC engine.

The ohc engine will bolt in no problem but you will have wiring to deal with as the pushrod c200 is not electric start.
