I JUST PICKED UP ANOTHER DREAM (65)  305.  iT CAME ALMOST COMPLETE AND ANOTHER 6 BOXES OF PARTS. IN THERE WAS A NEW SOLO SEAT THAT HAS HONDA STAMPED ON THE BACK, AND HARD CASE SADDLEBAGS. I CAN FIND PICS ON THE WEB, BUT NO INFO THAT ANY DREAM EVER CAME WITH A SOLO SEAT? DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFO ON THAT?

Hi Rob, I have a 1964 and added a solo seat to it. My bike is a CA78 with signals making a North American or more specifically a Canadian bike. I understand that Honda's coming into to Canada were via Great Britain as a commonwealth country that was how it was set up with Honda U.S.A. being a totally separate entity. The solo seat models were for the Asian market and were an accessory and was usually used in conjunction with the carry rack making the bike much more versatile for carry things etc. The bags may be Bucco who was a huge aftermarket supplier of that type of thing way back when. If you want to sell the seat I am interested. Have fun with the Dream they are a blast to ride.
