    Hello Jeff,

Does it need to be plated to go on the road?
Is it automatic or semiautomatic or with a clutch? What is the running speed and top speed?

     Thanks

Hi Curtis. I believe you need a license for this as it is classed as a motorcycle. Automatic clutch, when you shift gears the clutch is activated by the shifter. Top speed is 70 to 80 kph depending on the wind direction . I think these motors only produce around 3 hp that's why they get well over 100 mpg!.
